Outside office hours please leave messages on the anserphone, giving name and address and we will send you the relevant information in the post.

Men seeking help should phone and request information and they will be sent an application form and information on the counselling programme. When we receive the completed application form we will send further information and an appointment for assessment.

We welcome enquiries from other agencies working in the field of domestic violence. As we are based in London we often have to refer callers to agencies throughout the country. Please let us know about the services you provide in the area of victim support, perpetrators programmes and anger management.

For our information leaflet giving information to agencies please send an S.A.E (A5) to us at the above address. We will also send you a helpline poster. Please say if you would like more than one poster.

As an Organisational Member of BACP we are bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, the Ethical Guidelines for Researching Counselling and Psychotherapy (where organisations undertake research) and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure for the time being in force.
